If you’re going to order the colorful mango, sour and vanilla concoction, keep in mind that the drink contains a whopping 500 calories and 76 grams of sugar.
“You can work out every day, but it’s important to be reminded that exercise doesn’t take the place of a bad diet,” Reebok trainer Pete O’Donnel tells PEOPLE. “Even as a trainer, I still have my guilty pleasure foods. However if you want to indulge — and then work off those calories — O’Donnell and fellow Reebok trainer Ally Leard have programmed a series of movements that are guaranteed to help you burn off that special unicorn drink!
