Blake Livelys Says Her Life Is Pretty Sweet, Even When Covered in Clumpy Sunscreen

It’s hard to deny that Blake Lively lives a pretty charmed life. Aside from the international fame and string of hugely successful films, there’s also her enviable collection of red carpet couture gowns (and the stunning multi-million dollar mega carat jewels that go with them), not to mentioned her equally A-list husband Ryan Reynolds, and their two small daughters, all of which makes a serious case for women having it all. But even though Blake may be living her best possible life, that doesn’t mean she never falls victim to the same small, human foibles as the rest of us. Case in point, her latest Instagram selfie in which her sunscreen didn’t exactly blend in to her face successfully.

The actress shared of a close-up photo of her face on Thursday evening, wearing a wide-brimmed straw sun hat, a delicate rose gold diamond choker, and a pair of white Privé Revaux The Artist sunglasses, complete with geometric, polarized rose-tinted lenses for the consummate optimist, naturally, and retail for an extremely reasonable $29.95.

In the caption for the post, Blake writes, “Life can be so sweet😍🌈 …even when your face is covered in clumpy sunscreen and you have no idea but are still feelin good. 🌸💪😁 😎🍭🍦🎪🎈” And life certainly does look sweet considering if you take a closer gander at the image, a ferris wheel and carnivalesque scene can be seen reflected in Blake’s lenses, and right below that are a couple of large white smudges where it appears the actress forgot to rub in her SPF. But hey, when everything’s turning up roses, who can be bothered to check that their sunscreen is rubbed in all the way?

What do you think of Blake’s minor sunscreen gaffe? What’s you favorite SPF? Sound off below!
